Job Requirements
One of the leading Joinery and fit-out companies in KUWAIT has the requirement for Production Head/Production Engineer.
- Must have a bachelors degree, with GCC region experience and good command of the English language (written and verbal).
- Having full technical knowledge of joinery woodwork and fit-out, and more than 8 years experience as a Production Head.
- Organizing the daily work schedule for the production section.
- Monitoring and evaluating the production progress through production reports submitted by the Head of Section.
- Assigning techniques and processes to subordinates to improve accuracy and speed of work.
- Determining the fast-moving parts of every machine for monthly operating budget.
- Controlling and evaluating the daily output of machines and manpower to overcome the production gaps/losses.
- Evaluating the team job performance and ensuring high standards are achived and maintained.
